R&B legend Carl Carlton — best known for his 1981 hit, “She’s a Bad Mama Jama,” and 1972 smooth smooth soul classic, “Everlasting Love” — has died at the age of 73 after a “long hard fight in life,” the Grammy-nominated singer’s son revealed on Sunday.
